Neither. Fluid is the AI-driven cashier — the player-facing UX layer. We sit above whatever orchestration and PSPs you already run, and render them as a brand-native, AI-tuned deposit flow. If you do not yet have the right orchestration or PSPs in place, we will introduce you to providers in our network that fit your license and geo.
Do I have to change my existing payments stack to use Fluid?
No. The most common deployment shape is "keep what you have underneath, swap the cashier on top". Two lines of JavaScript on your frontend; no backend migration. If parts of the stack are not working — a struggling PSP, a missing local method, an aging in-house orchestrator — we can help you fix that separately. Consultative, not commission-driven.
How long does integration take?
Less than a week for the first market with a competent in-house team. Faster for subsequent markets that share PSPs. The cashier is a web component, so it picks up your design system without bespoke styling.

Per-player, per-method success-rate models tuned in real time. For each visit, the cashier surfaces the method most likely to succeed for that player based on their history, geo, time of day, and prior decline patterns. Method ranking, saved deposit amounts, and smart retry messaging all adapt before the player has to think. Fluid optimises the UX; the orchestrator underneath optimises the route.

Pricing scales with monthly deposit volume — there is no list price. We tailor commercial terms once we understand your volume, payment-method mix, and integration scope. Implementation fee is zero. Contracts are 12 months with a 60-day notice.
