Why operators don’t use the orchestrator’s built-in dashboard.

Legacy orchestrators — PaymentIQ, Praxis, Nuvei — ship with their own dashboards. They are competent at showing payment-method routing data and PSP performance, which is the orchestration layer’s natural domain. The gap is everything else: per-player session activity, affiliate-source attribution, real-time alerting on conversion drops, and the marketing- and risk-team views the operator’s payments team actually shares with the rest of the org.

Fluid Control is built for the operator’s payments team as a primary user, with the marketing and risk teams as first-class secondary users. The data is real time, the affiliate attribution is live, and the dashboard ships with Fluid Cashier — not as a separate license.

How it works.

Three steps to a real-time view your team will actually use.

01

Connect

Fluid Control turns on automatically the moment Fluid Cashier or Fluid Sweepstakes goes live. No separate install — the dashboard is part of the platform.

02

Configure

Add your team, set per-role access, map affiliate parameters, configure alert thresholds. Export options to your data warehouse are one toggle away.

03

Decide

The data lands in real time. Your payments team steers traffic, tunes routing, and reacts to issues in the same hour they happen — not the next morning.

Included with the Fluid platform.

FAQ — Fluid Control

What is Fluid Control?

Fluid Control is the real-time payments and player-behavior dashboard that ships with the Fluid platform. It surfaces conversion, method performance, fraud signals, affiliate quality, and per-session player activity — all in real time, in a single place that your payments, marketing, and risk teams can share.

Is Fluid Control sold separately from Fluid Cashier?

No. Fluid Control is included with every Fluid deployment. Operators running Fluid Cashier or Fluid Sweepstakes get Fluid Control as part of the platform — there is no separate license, separate install, or separate price.

How is this different from a generic BI tool or a payments-orchestrator dashboard?

Generic BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) need someone to build the data model first, and they show you yesterday’s numbers. Payments-orchestrator dashboards (PaymentIQ, Praxis) show you method-level routing data but typically not affiliate quality, per-player behavior, or real-time alerting — that lives elsewhere in the operator’s stack. Fluid Control is built for the operator’s payments team specifically: cashier-aware, real-time, with the metrics they actually use.

Can we export the data to our data warehouse?

Yes. Fluid Control exposes data exports and API access so you can land conversion, deposit, fraud-signal, and affiliate-quality data in your own warehouse alongside your other operator data. We integrate with the major analytics platforms operators already run.

What kind of alerts can we set up?

Real-time alerting on deposit-success rate drops, PSP-level outages, fraud-signal spikes, and per-affiliate quality changes. Alerts route to email, Slack, or webhook so the right team sees them in the channel they already work in.

How do you handle access control across teams?

Per-role access for payments, marketing, risk, and customer-support teams. Each team sees the views relevant to their work — payments sees method and PSP data, marketing sees affiliate and campaign data, risk sees fraud signals, customer support sees per-player session activity.

Is there a separate price for Fluid Control?

No. Pricing for the Fluid platform is tailored to your monthly transaction volume and integration scope — Fluid Control is included. Talk to us for a tailored quote.
