The cashier built for online casino operators.

Higher deposit conversion, in-flow KYC, and every payment method your players want — through one cashier that lives inside your brand. The cashier licensed online casino operators choose when their old one stops earning its keep.

Fluid Cashier — payment method selection on a player phone

Where casino operators leak deposits.

The deposit funnel is the most expensive piece of UX a casino owns. The player has cleared registration, KYC, the bonus offer, and game selection — they are minutes away from putting money on the platform. And this is exactly where most casinos still leak.

Static method drop-downs

The same list of payment methods, in the same order, for every player — ignoring what they actually used last time.

Dead-end declines

A card decline that just shows an error, with no retry, no fallback, no suggestion of what to try next.

3DS friction on mobile

Bank challenges that fire on a tiny mobile keyboard at peak hours and lose the player to the lock screen.

Iframe brand breakage

A hosted cashier on a third-party domain that snaps the player out of your brand at the most expensive moment of the funnel.

Data trapped behind a vendor

Player behavior in your deposit flow stuck inside someone else’s dashboard, with limited access and a 24-hour delay.

Slow to ship new methods

A new local method takes off in a key market, and you wait quarters for the legacy cashier vendor to add it.

How Fluid solves it for casino operators.

Six things the cashier does for casino operators that a legacy iframe simply can’t.

A deposit flow tuned per player

Fluid remembers what each player has done in your cashier — preferred method, typical amount, time-of-day patterns — and tunes the flow accordingly. The static drop-down everyone sees is replaced with one that feels chosen for the player in front of it.

Smart method ordering, per player

For each player, the cashier surfaces the method most likely to succeed first — based on their history, geo, and prior decline patterns — and silently retries to a next-best method when the primary one fails. The orchestration layer below routes the actual transaction; Fluid optimises what the player sees and clicks.

KYC inside the deposit

Casino regulations push KYC into the deposit funnel — and that is where most operators leak conversion. Fluid embeds verification in-flow so identity, age, and source-of-funds checks happen without bouncing the player to a second screen or a different domain.

Mobile-first, brand-native

Most casino traffic lands on mobile. Fluid is mobile-first by default and renders inside your existing brand — colors, type, copy, micro-interactions — so the cashier reads as part of your casino, not a third-party iframe drop-in.

Turn errors into conversions

When a card declines, a wallet times out, or a 3DS challenge fails, Fluid does not just show an error — it suggests the next-best method, retries silently when it can, and walks the player to a successful deposit instead of a dead end.

Real-time visibility

Fluid Control gives your payments team a live view of conversion, method performance, fraud signals, and provider health. You see a deposit-success drop the moment it happens, not in tomorrow morning’s spreadsheet.

Customer story

PowerPlay rebuilt its deposit experience around Fluid.

PowerPlay, a licensed Canadian operator running casino, sportsbook, and live dealer products, integrated Fluid’s context-aware cashier to give players a personalized deposit experience tuned to their preferences. PowerPlay specifically called out Fluid’s real-time tracking and AI-driven A/B testing as the levers that let their team optimize deposit flows continuously rather than in quarterly redesigns.

As Dean Serrao, CEO of PowerPlay, put it at launch: a faster, more localized payment experience was core to the player experience PowerPlay wanted to deliver, and Fluid was the platform that let them ship it without rebuilding their stack. Read the full PowerPlay case study.

Why casino operators are upgrading from legacy cashiers.

Most casino operators today still use a legacy hosted cashier — the cashier products that vendors like PaymentIQ, Praxis, and Nuvei sell alongside their orchestration platforms. Those cashiers got operators a long way. They were built when the deposit flow could be a payment form on someone else’s domain, and that was good enough. To be clear: Fluid is a competitor to those vendors’ cashier products, not to their orchestration.

What changed is the player. Mobile traffic now dominates casino sessions, brand expectations are higher, regulatory KYC pushed verification into the deposit funnel itself, and players have stopped tolerating the third-party-domain redirect that legacy cashiers force. The cashier UX layer is now the single biggest piece of conversion leverage a casino has — and the easiest one to upgrade because the orchestration underneath can stay where it is.

Fluid replaces the cashier on top of your existing stack. Two lines of JavaScript, your existing PSPs, your brand. The lift in deposit conversion shows up in the first month for most operators. Read more on why hosted cashiers are losing ground, or the PaymentIQ competitor landscape for context on where Fluid fits among the alternatives.

Live in days, not months.

Three steps from "we are evaluating" to "the lift is in the dashboard."

01

Connect

Two lines of JavaScript on your casino frontend, your existing PSPs registered in Fluid Control. No backend rewrite, no new compliance posture, no vendor lock-in.

02

Configure

Theme the cashier to match your brand exactly. Map deposit limits, KYC tiers, bonus eligibility, retry rules, and risk thresholds in the dashboard — no engineering tickets.

03

Convert

Go live. The AI begins personalizing inside the first session of player traffic. Conversion uplift is measurable within the first month for most casino operators.

FAQ — casino operators

Will Fluid work with the casino license we hold?

Fluid is built for licensed iGaming operators across regulated markets. We do not interpret your license — that is your job and your regulator’s — but the platform is designed to slot into the compliance posture you already have. PCI DSS, GDPR, MGA / UKGC / regional regulator hooks, source-of-funds workflows, and audit logging are all first-class.

Can we keep our existing payment providers?

Yes. Fluid is orchestration-agnostic. Most casino operators we work with keep every PSP and every orchestration relationship they had on day one — PaymentIQ, Praxis, direct PSPs, or any combination — and add Fluid as the cashier UX on top. Fluid replaces the cashier product, not the orchestration layer. Adding new providers to your stack later still flows through your orchestrator; surfacing them in the cashier is a config change in Fluid Control.

How is this different from a hosted cashier from PaymentIQ, Praxis, or Nuvei?

PaymentIQ, Praxis, and Nuvei sell multiple products. Their cashier products are typically hosted iframes on a third-party domain, pre-styled and largely static. Fluid is a different kind of cashier — component-based, rendered in your DOM, in your brand, with AI tuning the flow for each player. The orchestration underneath can stay where it is; you swap just the cashier on top. Operators moving from a legacy cashier typically see the bulk of the lift in the first 60 days from that UX difference alone.

How long does an integration take?

Most casino integrations are live within days, not weeks. The cashier itself is a two-line install; the rest of the work is connecting Fluid to your existing orchestrator (or your direct PSPs) and theming the UI to your brand. We assign a dedicated success manager from day one to drive that.

What about fraud and chargebacks?

Fluid’s AI distinguishes between genuine deposit failures and fraud signals — a stolen-card pattern triggers a halt; a thin-network 3DS flake triggers an automatic retry on a different method. The platform also feeds your existing risk tooling rather than replacing it, so chargebacks data stays in the systems your fraud team already uses.

How do you measure success?

The metrics we focus on are deposit-conversion rate (deposits started ÷ deposits completed), deposit value, deposit frequency, and the fraud-flagged rate. Across our partner base, operators have seen typical uplift of around +5% conversion, +25% deposit value, and +19% deposit frequency once Fluid has had a few weeks of traffic to learn from. Your numbers will move at your own pace; we share dashboards day one so you can verify in real time.

How is Fluid priced?

Pricing scales with your monthly deposit volume — there is no list price and no per-feature tier. We tailor commercial terms once we understand your volume, payment-method mix, and integration scope. Talk to us for a tailored quote.
